What do I need to provide to Foldy Reporting when scheduling a deposition?

When you set a deposition with us, we request that you provide us with a notice of deposition or other document giving us who/what/where/when information regarding your proceedings. Also, we very much appreciate receiving a document such as a disclosure statement, complaint, or expert report. This provides the court reporter with case-specific names and terminology and helps reduce your valuable time spent clarifying items with a reporter.

Are conference rooms available?

Foldy’s conveniently located conference rooms are in downtown Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. We can arrange for other conference rooms in surrounding cities to meet your needs.

How do I arrange for a videotaped deposition?

Simply schedule a deposition with us, let us know you’d like it to be videotaped. We will arrange for a videographer to videotape your deposition. We work with the finest legal video company in Phoenix AZ.

When can I expect a videographer to arrive?

Your videographer will arrive on site 60 minutes before the scheduled start time of your proceeding. It is particularly important to allow a videographer time to set up their equipment. Having someone present who can help the videographer gain access to the conference room prior to opening for an early morning start will help ensure the proceeding starts on time.
