Pencil-In your deposition with Foldy Reporting and Know your deposition will be covered whenever you arrive in the Phoenix Scottsdale Metropolitian Area. Submit the Online form below with a Tentative Deposition Schedule. Select an approximate date, the services you would require and in the ”Other Requirements” box write ”Pencil-In Tentative.” Provide your contact information and write Foldy Reporting in the ”Name of Location” field. You can change, update or cancel your Tentative Deposition at anytime. Our staff will contact you to confirm we received your request and awaiting further details. Foldy Reporting has complimentary deposition conference rooms located in Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ. When scheduling a deposition indicate you will need a deposition conference room by checking the box under "Services Required." Then write Foldy Reporting for the "Name of Location" and for the "City" write Scottsdale or Phoenix.

Foldy Reporting also has deposition conference rooms located in several Cities surrounding the Phoenix Metropolitian Area. If you prefer a City other then Scottsdale or Phoenix simply write the name of the City you prefer in the "City Box".
